What is your shipping time for UK orders?
We aim for all UK orders to be delivered within 2-4 working days. This may take longer during peak times, so please allow a few more days in these circumstances. See all shipping information here.
Do you ship to America?
Yes we do. All orders to America have a shipping cost of £9.99 and are estimated to be delivered within 7-14 working days. We also ship all over the world. See all shipping information here.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in a resellable condition.
How do I return an item?
You will receive a return form in your parcel. Fill out the relevant details and insert the form back into the parcel.
Do you offer free returns?
At the moment we do not offer free returns. The cost of returns will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return tracked.
I have not received a return form in my parcel.
We are sorry you have not received a return form. Please email support@misskick.com and we will send you the form to print off. Alternatively you can write your order number, full name, email address and the product name and size of the items you are returning, on a piece of paper.
