RETURNS POLICY AND FAQS
Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
CHRISTMAS PERIOD RETURNS:
- During the festive period we’ll be offering an extension to the usual returns policy, and any item which does not fall under the ‘non refundable’ categories below, and has a receipt dated between 25th November 2021 and 16th December 2021, will be accepted as a return up to 30 days after the receipt date.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Fill in the returns card provided with your order and include the card in your returns parcel.
- Send your parcel to the address on the bottom of the card.
- We recommend you return your item using a tracked service. At the moment, free returns labels are not provided. You are therefore responsible for the cost of returns, except where the product is faulty or mis-described.
- Once the parcel is received by our fulfilment centre, they will notify us.
WHERE DO I RETURN THE ITEMS TO?

It is important you put 'Miss Kick' on the returns label.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Items must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all the tags intact, within 14 days from the date of receipt.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Products that have been personalised for you
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as face coverings, swimwear or lingerie (where the hygiene seal has been removed)
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!
If the purchased product is damaged or faulty, please let us know and return the product to us at the address set out above.
CAN THE ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?
We do not currently offer exchanges.
HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?
Please return the products to the address set out above. For further instructions on how to ship the returned products to us, please refer to the slip included with your parcel.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
