About the role:

Location: Manchester City Centre

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Devise innovative ways to nurture, activate and engage our community
  • Stimulate and sustain consumer conversations
  • Monitor conversations and manage the daily operations of our community mobile application
  • Build relationships with our customers
  • Brainstorm innovative ways to engage our community through rewards, challenges and events

About you:

  • Genuine passion for building and nurturing online communities
  • Proven track record of building an online community
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative team player
  • Efficient and organised with good time management
  • Hard working, pro-active and self- motivating individual
  • Passionate about Miss Kick and our values
