Return and Exchange policy FAQ
Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- You will receive a returns card in your order
- Fill in the details and include the card in your returns parcel
- Send your parcel to the address on the bottom of the card (we recommend sending this tracked).
- The parcel gets sent back to our fulfilment centre. They will inform us if you want an exchange or refund.
- Once we have been notified we will refund you or get in touch if you require an exchange.
Are returns free?
- At the moment, free return labels are not provided. The customer must pay the returns themselves.
Are exchanges free?
- The customer must cover the cost to return the parcel, however, exchange of another product/size is free.
- If your exchange product has a difference in price we will send you a pay link / refund for the difference.

- It's important you fill out the returns card will all the information on: order number, order date, name, item returning, reason code, if you want an exchange or refund.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and re-sellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once we have been notified of your exchange, we will be in touch to confirm the exchange size.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
How do I ship back the items?
Follow the instructions on the return card that was inside your parcel.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
